Erik ten Hag and Mauricio Pochettino favourites to secure permanent Old Trafford move with Thomas Tuchel 4/1

Erik ten Hag and Mauricio Pochettino are the two main frontrunners to become the next Manchester United manager as they search for a permanent replacement at Old Trafford.

Interim boss Ralf Rangnick is set to be relieved of his duties at the end of this season to make way for the new boss, but no manager is confirmed yet.

Ten Hag is currently the favourite in the betting according to Betfair, but Paris Saint-Germain boss Pochettino, formerly of Tottenham, is very close in the market.

Pochettino was reportedly ‘desperate’ to become United’s new manager, sources close to the Argentine told talkSPORT back in November.

According to the odds, another seasoned La Liga manager, Simeone is fancied for the job at outside odds.

The Argentine has worked wonders with Atletico Madrid where he has spent well over a decade.
