England will ramp up their preparations for the 2022 Euros by taking on Switzerland in a friendly this week.
Sarina Wiegman’s side have enjoyed their pre-tournament camp thus far with convincing wins over both Belgium and the Netherlands.
Goals from Lucy Bronze, Beth Mead, Ella Toone and Lauren Hemp helped the Lionesses come from behind to smash the reigning European champions 5-1.
After such a victory over one of the tournament favourite’s, England will be quietly confident going into their opening Euro clash against Austria next week.
But Wiegman will not want any mistakes against the Swiss and will be eager to keep building momentum.

England manager Wiegman has already confirmed her 23-player squad for this summer’s Euros.
Steph Houghton, who captained England for eight years, has not been included having not played since January because of an Achilles injury.
Ellen White has returned to training in time for this friendly after missing the win over the Netherlands after testing positive for coronavirus.
Bethany England started up front against the Dutch in her absence and could be the one to miss out if White returns to the fray.
Full-back Lucy Bronze did not take part in training on Wednesday because of illness.

Wiegman played down the importance of England’s convincing win over the Netherlands in terms of making her side Euro favourites.
“We’ve spoken about that, there are many favourites – we are one of them,” she said.
“We know where we want to go to.
“We stick to strategy or plans, whether we lose or win. If we would have lost today, we know where we can improve in our style of play.
“The expectation will go higher but now is a moment. We had the Arnold Clark Cup which was close too. We have to improve a couple of bits.”
